Refund & Return Policy

At Artocalypse, every product is handmade, customized, and made to order with care. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • All orders are custom-made and handcrafted specifically for each customer.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Returns

  • As all products are customized and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  • However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the required proof mentioned below.

Packaging

  • We take utmost care in packaging all orders securely using rigid boxes and protective materials to ensure no damage during transit.
  • While we strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, any transit-related issues must be reported as per our claims process.

Claims for Damaged Orders

To be eligible for a claim:

  • An uncut, continuous unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully visible.
  • The video must clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the package and product.
  • Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video will not be considered.

Resolution of Claims

  • Upon receiving and reviewing the claim, we will assess the damage and determine the appropriate resolution.
  • Depending on the situation, compensation may be offered in the form of a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or any other suitable remedy at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

  • Any shipping charges paid by us to the courier/shipping company, as per their invoice, are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If compensation is approved, the refund amount (if applicable) will exclude the shipping charges incurred by us.
