DELIVERY TIME 

• Standard Orders (10-15 days)
  Orders are usually dispatched within 6–7 days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4-6 business days. Since delivery is handled by a third-party service, it can sometimes take longer as it is not within our control. However, we strive to ship as soon as possible.

• Urgent Orders (5-8 days)
  Urgent orders are given priority and are dispatched within 1–2 days and delivery time for urgent orders is usually 3-5 business days.

• Srinagar, Kashmir Orders (4-5 days)
  Orders within Srinagar are dispatched within 3 days, and delivery is usually completed within 1–2 days after dispatch.

• Tracking details will be shared to your email / phone after the dispatch is done in the given timeline.
• For local delivery, tracking details will not be provided.

Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds/cancellations once the order is placed.

Packaging

We pack our orders securely in rigid boxes. No damage guaranteed.

Claims

For any claims, an uncut unboxing video is required. Claim will be assessed and compensation will be provided accordingly.
